Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our exceptional team at Peverel Court Care, where you will play a vital role in elevating our residents' dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of meals using fresh local produce.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and hospitality team to provide a wonderful choice of meals on a daily basis.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for both residents and staff by promoting good working practices and adhering to company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels, maintaining confidentiality when required.

Working Hours and Expectations

This role involves working 22 hours per week, with occasional weekends included. You will be expected to demonstrate outstanding time management, problem-solving, organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as a strong service mindset and flexible can-do approach.
