About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at Lounge in Witney. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to our menu specifications
• Work in a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Follow the lead of your Head Chef to ensure all prep and par is completed for each shift
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure every customer leaves happy

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef
• Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
• Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety
