Control Systems Specialist

Piper Maddox seeks an experienced Validation Engineering Lead to oversee validation efforts and work on cutting-edge control and automation systems.
This role involves taking charge of team safety, security, and reliability while mentoring a talented group of engineers. Our ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, improve validation processes, and execute automated test plans.
About the Role:
- Validate control and automation systems according to industry standards (ANSI/ISA18.2, ISA-95, and IEC62443).
- Design detailed test plans and specifications for product reliability and safety.
- Optimize validation processes using JIRA XRAY, Selenium, or similar automated testing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and align validation activities with customer expectations.
- Mentor validation engineers and promote best practices.
- Document validation processes, test outcomes, and corrective actions.
- Continuously refine and improve validation tools and methodologies.
