About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary to join our team of dedicated professionals, working closely with our Board of Trustees to achieve our mission.

Mission Statement

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice to the Board on governance and compliance matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records and submitting reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Organising and preparing for Board meetings, ensuring smooth decision-making processes.
  • Contributing to sub-committees, offering guidance and expertise where needed.
About You
  • You hold a strong background in company secretarial practice, ideally with a professional qualification.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • You are committed to upholding Nolan's seven principles of public life, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation Package

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organisation, while developing your skills and expertise.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Reimbursement of expenses incurred during your tenure as a Trustee.
  • An estimated annual salary of £50,000 - £70,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility of this role.
