Safeguarding Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safeguarding Administration Assistant to join our team at Networking Women in the Fire Service.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Safeguarding Team, processing and recording incoming safeguarding referrals, mail, and retrieving appropriate documents and data as required. They will also maintain effective service recording and online filing systems, update and process work on CFRMIS and other databases.
The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a similar environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development. This is a permanent or part-time position, working Monday to Friday, 22.20 hours per week (pro rata). Flexible location options include Kelvedon Park SHQ, South Woodham Ferrers Fire Station, or remote working opportunities.
