Job Title: Fitness Manager
Job Summary:
Bannatyne Group is seeking an experienced Fitness Manager to lead our fitness department and drive the success of our wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the fitness department, lead and motivate a team of fitness advisors and personal trainers, and drive the performance of the KPIs for the team.
- Program Development: Develop and implement innovative fitness programs and classes that cater to a diverse membership base, including group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions.
- Staff Training: Conduct regular staff training and professional development to maintain high standards of service.
- Budget Management: Monitor the budget and review accordingly how much is being forecasted/spent on freelance class instructors.
- Member Satisfaction: Monitor member satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Certification: NVQ Level 2 Fitness qualified.
- Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with experience of managing a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer-focused attitude.
