The Successful Branch Manager Will Be Offered:

  • Basic salary up to £30,000
  • OTE £45,000 - £50,000
  • Pool Car

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am
  • Saturday's on a rota basis between 10.00am

Branch Manager Requirements:

  • Managing Office
  • Overseeing team
  • Listing Properties to the market
  • Driving business forward
  • Team Meetings
  • Setting KPI's and business strategy

As a Branch Manager, your role will include but not limited to:

  • Listing properties to the market and gaining market share in the area
  • Managing and overseeing team
  • Working effectively to ensure office growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets
  • Manage office operations, including marketing and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
