Regional Destination Manager

Scott Dunn Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Destination Manager to join our team in London, Hammersmith. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for elevating our European tailor-made product by creating innovative destination product strategies that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement destination product strategies that meet the needs of discerning guests from the USA, UK, and Singapore.
- Collaborate with the Product Director on strategic projects relating to the product portfolio.
- Provide regular product updates and training to the team, including support on price-matching and ad-hoc negotiating.
- Conduct regular competitor, destination, and supplier analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Identify and contract experiences that enhance guests' holidays and add differentiation to the product.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to create digital and print campaigns and secure marketing agreements with suppliers.
- Oversee fam trip content and planning, ensuring relevant product is seen and pre- and post-fam work is completed in line with company guidelines.
