About Teach 360

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Mentor to join our team at a Secondary School in Tower Hamlets.

The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills, be passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives, and have experience working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour or complex needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mentor looking for a new challenge in a supportive school environment. The role involves supporting children with their academic needs, overseeing their behaviour, and addressing any issues that may arise.

As a Youth Mentor, you will be responsible for role modelling a positive and encouraging way of life for students, providing guidance and support where needed, and helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong behaviour management skills

About the Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £90-£115 per day, depending on experience.
