Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you will execute high-volume rental offers for build-to-rent clients, maintain accurate records, qualify and prepare offers, lead negotiations, and collaborate with our team to achieve our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume rental offers for build-to-rent clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Qualify and prepare offers in line with business rules.
  • Lead negotiations with renters and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our mission and vision.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
