Job Title:

Physical Health Nurse (RGN) - Find Medic

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000

Shift: Day Shifts (Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:00)

Hours per week: 40

Find Medic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and coordinate patient care: Triage GP referrals and coordinate weekly clinics to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and communication.
  • Monitor patient health: Monitor patient health issues, including obesity, diabetes, epilepsy, and asthma, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct health reviews and ECGs: Conduct regular health reviews and ECGs to assess patient health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Run vaccination clinics: Run vaccination clinics for patients and staff to promote health and well-being.
  • Maintain medical records: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Develop audits and action plans: Develop audits and implement action plans to improve patient care and services.
  • Contribute to team development: Contribute to the induction of new team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN): Possess a valid Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN) and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Valid NMC Pin: Hold a valid NMC Pin and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Clear DBS: Possess a clear DBS check and be eligible to work with vulnerable adults.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering person-centered care, including care planning and patient-centered approaches.
