Job Title: Staff Nurse - RMN/RNLD

Job Summary:

Willing Care Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse - RMN/RNLD to join our client's growing Nursing team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the care, welfare, and safety of patients with complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating individualized care plans for patients
  • Ensuring effective rotas are in place
  • Liaising effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers
  • Monitoring and developing performance of care staff
  • Ensuring the highest possible standard of care is maintained

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD)
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Clear DBS
