  • You will work closely with a team of Financial Advisors, providing essential administration support to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and chase new business enquiries to meet deadlines.
  2. Obtain necessary illustrations, projections, and valuations to inform financial planning advice.
  3. Respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate records on our back office system to ensure seamless communication.
  5. Prepare thorough documents for suitability reports to support client decision-making.
  6. Liaise with clients and providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  7. Prepare client meeting packs to enhance communication and collaboration.
