We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Student Recruitment team in Leeds. As a Student Recruitment Support Officer, you will play a key role in assisting students with their student referral award applications and liaising with our finance team.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Student Recruitment team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist students with their student referral award applications, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and information.
- Communicate with the finance team to resolve any issues or concerns related to student finance.
- Support the wider marketing and communications team in promoting our student recruitment initiatives.
- Represent GBS in a professional manner, embodying our core values and promoting equality and diversity practices.
- Minimum sixth form education or equivalent.
- Experience in higher education sales and student finance administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- A commitment to equality and diversity, with a passion for promoting inclusivity.
- This role may require occasional evening or weekend work, particularly during operational peaks.
