Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team at Turning Point. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with mental health difficulties and forensic histories.

About the Role

As a Mental Health Recovery Specialist, you will provide a range of recovery focused support through key working sessions and group work. You will work closely with individuals to devise individually tailored support and risk management plans, ensuring effective discharge planning and promoting positive change and independence.

Requirements

  • A good understanding of the recovery model and a solution-focused attitude
  • Experience in the mental health sector (preferable)
  • No problems working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to challenging situations
  • A deep level of empathy, understanding, and patience when working with individuals

What We Offer

Turning Point is a leading health and social care provider with over 300 locations across England. We offer a competitive salary of £23,498 per annum (pro-rata), plus the option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.
