Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Based in Harlow, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to manage the payroll process for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing payroll data, identifying discrepancies, and managing the development of the payroll process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate payroll data on a monthly basis and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify any discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Manage the development of the payroll process to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with filing requirements, including P11D and PSA returns.

Requirements:

  • Payroll experience is essential, with prior experience of Sage payroll being beneficial.
  • Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are necessary.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.30, with additional hours as required.
  • A valid right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Successful DBS and medical screening, and 5 years' referencing are required.
  • All roles are subject to a 6-month probation period.
