Policy and Projects Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Policy and Projects Officer to join our team at the Association of Colleges (AoC). As a key member of our Policy and Projects team, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of sports policy and project work aimed at enhancing the sport and physical activity offer in colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with curriculum and workforce leaders to ensure effective implementation of sports policy and project work.
  • Disseminate and inform national policies and initiatives to colleges and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with a diverse range of partners within both the college and sport sectors.
  • Analyse and interpret information to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience related to education policy, funding, and inspection.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Proactive in building partnerships and able to make decisions quickly.
  • Value diversity at work and be prepared to work flexibly.
