Job Responsibilities
  1. Providing targeted support to children with SEMH needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop positive social and emotional skills.
  2. Assisting the class teacher in managing classroom behavior and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for SEMH students.
  3. Working with small groups or one-to-one with students who require additional help to manage their emotions and behavior.
  4. Building strong relationships with students, fostering a sense of trust, respect, and inclusion.
  5. Monitoring and reporting on student progress to teachers, SENCOs, and parents, ensuring effective communication about each child's development.
