The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our Growth pillar, focusing on prompts and upsells. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving user engagement and retention by leading efforts to enhance product features, build infrastructure for in-app marketing, and drive significant growth by focusing on user financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Prompts and Upsells Strategy: Develop a unified, persona-based CRM approach that ensures prompts become part of an integrated ecosystem spanning awareness, activation, and engagement channels.
  • Increase LTV through Optimization: Leverage existing prompts to improve financial outcomes for users, and run experiments to test new value propositions, aiming to generate additional 12-month LTV per user.
  • Diversify Revenue Streams: Scale and optimize in-app prompts, upsells, and cross-channel integrations to market new products and validate new growth bets.
  • Improve Engagement: Set a higher standard for prompt relevance, aiming to improve CTR while reducing negative sentiment by increasing the proportion of high-relevance prompts.
  • System Integration and Scalability: Oversee migration to a unified prompt framework, ensuring that upsells are optimized across the app's most valuable locations. Lead the centralization of in-app marketing into one system to allow for consistent design, better data collection, and faster updates without the need for app releases.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Management, with a focus on consumer product growth and optimization, ideally within high-growth startup environments. Experience with mobile app ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven decision-making expertise, leveraging analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, able to align stakeholders across teams and communicate a clear product vision.
  • A strategic mindset, involving product squads in strategic decision-making processes, with a focus on long-term impact.
