About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Theatre Support Worker to join our team at Spencer Private Hospitals Ltd. As a key member of our theatre team, you will play a vital role in supporting our trained staff in the daily tasks of theatre work.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist trained staff in the daily tasks of theatre work by working as a member of the theatre team.
- Maintain individual accountability and work to HTM 01-06 regulations.
Requirements
- NVQ 2 or equivalent experience.
- Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) grade C or above.
- Previous experience in Theatre.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ 3 or 4.
- Previous experience in Minor procedures.
Personal Attributes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent teamwork and organisational skills.
- Clean and tidy presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated.
- Flexible work approach.
