About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Theatre Support Worker to join our team at Spencer Private Hospitals Ltd. As a key member of our theatre team, you will provide support to trained staff in the daily tasks of theatre work.
Main Responsibilities
Assist trained staff in the daily tasks of theatre work by working as a member of the theatre team.
Maintain individual accountability and work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Person Specification
Essential
- NVQ 2 or equivalent experience
- Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) grade C or above
- Previous experience in Theatre
Desirable
- NVQ 3 or 4
- Previous experience in Minor procedures
- Ability to work independently and work to HTM 01-06 regulations
