Care and Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Coordinator to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. As a Care and Support Coordinator, you will provide 24-hour care and support to clients in their own homes in Southport, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medication, recording health and medication information, and assisting with daily tasks such as making meals, getting dressed and washed, and moving from a wheelchair to a bed or sofa. They will also assist with social and leisure activities, such as going to town for a coffee or going to the gym, and ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support.
A salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum is available, depending on experience. If you have experience in health and hygiene, manual handling, and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
