About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Dispensing Optician to join our team at Villa Park. As part of the Villa Vision team, you will be responsible for leading the dispensing needs of the project, engaging with children and young people, and developing quality assurance processes for eye care provision.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Extensive experience as a Dispensing Optician
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Able to demonstrate empathy and motivate others
  • Proven track record in career progression
  • Familiarity with eye health sector and ability to build relationships with stakeholders


Benefits


This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will have opportunities to work closely with the Project Manager to explore growth opportunities and contribute to the development and delivery of the project.
