Key Responsibilities
- Learn the basics of hand-tools, machining, electrical theory, circuits, instruments, and control logic through lectures and practical workshop projects.
- Develop skills to specify, troubleshoot, and maintain various industrial equipment, including nuclear vent and containment systems.
- Undertake professional engineering placements in industrial nuclear buildings to gain experience in providing engineering services.
- Work towards a BEng in Electrical, Electronic, and Control Engineering with Nuclear specialist units.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 A-levels at grade C or above, including Maths or equivalent level 3 qualification.
- Aged 18 or over due to security clearance requirements.
