We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including travel consortia, retail, independents, and MICE partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in tourism and hospitality, with a focus on business development and sales.
- Strong relationships with key accounts and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
