Job Title: Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and cost aspects of projects from inception to close out, ensuring maximum efficiencies and compliance with governance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial and cost aspects of projects, including estimating, subcontract management, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement cost management plans to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Alliance and Anglian Water governance procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial information for audits and cost assurance.
Requirements:
  • Quantity Surveying degree/qualification.
  • Experience of managing multimillion-pound projects, focusing on cost management and efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of NEC3 contract packages and their management.
  • Ability to develop and lead a commercial team.
