About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Commercial Manager to join our team at Anglian Water Services Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the commercial and cost management of projects from inception to close-out, ensuring maximum efficiencies and compliance with all governance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Management: Ensure robust estimates are provided, aligned to scope, and manage commercial and procurement strategies with Senior Buyers to ensure tender processes are followed correctly.
  • Cost Management: Provide accurate live forecasting, monitor actual costs against baseline estimates, and challenge any variance to plans.
  • Contract Management: Ensure the Alliance contract is properly administered, oversee timely issue of early warnings, and advise on compliance matters.
  • Project and Programme Risk: Ensure mitigation plans are in place and implemented, proactively manage opportunities, and report on progress and variances.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level and RICS/CIOB/CICES certification.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex projects, up to multi-million-pound projects.
  • Robust nature, ability to manage change, and comfortable challenging decisions.
  • Experience with NEC suite of contracts, negotiating, estimating, and outstanding stakeholder management skills.
