Commercial Project Manager

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our alliance, you will be responsible for the commercial and cost management of a project or programme of projects from inception to close out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management, ensuring maximum efficiencies and full compliance with governance procedures.
  • Develop and implement robust estimates, subcontract management, and cost forecasting.
  • Administer the Alliance contract, ensuring timely issue of early warnings and advising on compliance matters.
  • Proactively manage project and programme risk, identifying and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Develop and implement plans to realize opportunities, ensuring all financial information is readily available for audits and cost assurance.
Requirements:
  • Quantity Surveying degree/qualification.
  • In-depth understanding of NEC3 contract packages and their management.
  • Experience managing multimillion-pound projects, focusing on cost mitigation and efficiency realization.
  • Experience managing a Commercial Team and developing people with a commercial mindset.
