Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercials, ensuring robust estimates are provided that are aligned to scope.
Support the commercial and procurement strategies with the Senior Buyers to ensure the tender processes are followed correctly.
Ensure subcontracts are properly prepared and reflect the agreed scope and are properly managed in accordance with contract.
Requirements:
Educated to degree level and hold either RICS/CIOB/CICES certification.
Demonstrable experience in managing complex projects ranging in size up to multi-million pounds projects.
Robust nature, able to manage change, and feel comfortable challenging decisions.
