About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practice Manager to join our team at ProTalent. As a key member of our accountancy practice, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, leading a team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Lead a team of accountants and taxation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, ensuring our practice remains at the forefront of accountancy and taxation services
Requirements
  • ACCA, ACA, or AAT qualification (or equivalent by experience)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a practice environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly
  • Solid understanding of taxation and ability to advise clients on complex matters
