Join Our Team as a General Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practice Manager to join our team at ProTalent Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving business growth, and providing exceptional client service.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of accounting and tax professionals
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Provide expert advice on tax and accounting matters
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Review and sign off accounts, including preparation of corporation tax returns and self-assessment tax returns
  • Support clients in accounting and taxation issues
  • Prepare management accounts and provide financial analysis
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Requirements
  • ACCA, ACA, or AAT qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in practice (preferably currently working in practice)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions quickly
  • Solid understanding of tax and accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
