About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at Needham Market Country Practice. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver general nursing tasks, including wound care, vaccinations, ECGs, cervical screening, and blood tests.
- Conduct long-term condition reviews and provide education to patients.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team, GP Partners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Be a qualified and registered adult, child, mental health, or learning disability nurse.
- Have experience with diabetes treatment, hypertension, asthma, and COPD (desirable).
- Be willing to undertake further training and education to stay up-to-date with best practices.
