About the Role
Orchard Medical Practice is seeking an experienced practice nurse to join our team. As a practice nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our clinical team to meet the needs of our patients.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of general practice nursing to the whole practice population. This will involve making assessments of patients' needs, acting upon these assessments, and producing accurate and contemporaneous records of patient consultations.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be a qualified registered nurse with experience in areas such as diabetes, COPD, asthma, immunisations, and contraception. They will also have experience working in primary care and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
