We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in activities and hobbies with service users, promoting independence and confidence.
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as laundry and cooking.
- Develop and implement daily care plans, taking into consideration the needs and wants of service users.
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met, protecting the rights of service users to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
- A positive and caring nature.
- Empathy and understanding.
- Energetic and resilient.
- Ability to adapt to difficult situations.
- Willingness to spend time outdoors.
- Understanding of Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Robins Syndrome.
