We are seeking a qualified Nurse & Paramedic / Functional Assessor to join our team at SJB Medical, where you will play a vital role in assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough medical evaluations, drawing on their clinical expertise to produce accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP). This will involve meeting people face-to-face and via telephone/video, requiring sensitivity, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect, and sensitivity in assessment delivery. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our dedicated team.
A competitive salary of £37,500 - £43,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up to 10%, is available for this position. In addition, you will benefit from:
