Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Luton Airport. As a key member of the APCOA Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Priority Parking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure effective resource allocation and deployment
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in a team management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
