Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Luton Airport. As a key member of our onsite APCOA Management team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a large team, ensuring the smooth running of operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure resources are deployed efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Manage and investigate customer complaints and damage claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, select, and develop employees within the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to identify areas for improvement and development.
Requirements:
  • Recent and extensive team management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Previous operational or management experience is required for this role.
