The Role of the Territory Sales Manager
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing business by selling the company's range of flooring into retailers in key locations. This will involve a proactive approach to sales and customer service, as well as a good knowledge of the local area.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38k, uncapped commissions, a lunch allowance, pension, healthcare, a car, laptop, mobile, and training opportunities.
The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager
To be successful in this role, you will need to have sold flooring or a decorative product into retailers, or have an internal role within flooring looking for an external opportunity. You must have a proactive approach to sales and customer service, good knowledge of the local area, and a full driving licence. You must also be eligible to work and live in the UK.
