Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Sales Manager

Countrywide, a leading estate agency, is seeking an experienced Sales Branch Leader to join our team in West Cornwall. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the management of 11 Sales branches and colleagues within your region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, develop, and effectively manage all employees to ensure optimal performance across the board.
  • Maximize employee engagement through action planning, proactive recruitment, minimizing attrition, and driving retention of your teams.
  • Monitor and report on the region's performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the region's P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets.
  • Take appropriate action with branches trading at a loss or below budget.
  • Grow market share significantly by adopting proactive working processes and identifying business growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Been a valued member of high-performing teams within a highly customer-centric service or retail industry environment.
  • Proven ability to influence, shape, and lead meaningful change.
  • Inspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humility.
  • Prominent levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure.
