About the Role:

As our Hardware Program Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating hardware product development in a scaled agile environment. Your expertise will drive continuous improvements on hardware delivery flow, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate PI Planning Events, including Pre-Planning, Draft Plan, Final Plan, and Retro
  • Host weekly Hydra ART Sync calls to foster open communication and collaboration
  • Create a PI planning Board to visualize and track progress
  • Drive continuous improvements on hardware delivery flow, identifying and addressing bottlenecks
  • Manage the cross-ART solution board for hardware ART, ensuring alignment and coordination
  • Escalate blockers, impediments, and risks to ensure timely resolution

Hardware Sample Management:

  • Keep track of all hardware sample requests, ensuring timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate shipping and fulfillment of samples, ensuring efficient delivery
  • Define the HW Sample Request and Fulfillment Process, ensuring clarity and consistency

Requirements:

  • Certification in Program Management (PgMP) or Project Management (PMP)
  • Experience in agile methodologies and scrum master and/or Release Train Engineer role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget
