Join HID Global in shaping the future of secure identities and access control solutions. As a Hardware Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination of hardware product development in a scaled agile environment, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Host weekly ART Sync calls to facilitate open communication and drive progress.
  • Develop and maintain the PI planning board, tracking key milestones and dependencies.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the hardware delivery flow, enhancing efficiency and quality.
  • Manage the cross-ART solution board for hardware, ensuring alignment and coordination across teams.
  • Elevate blockers, impediments, and risks to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact.

Hardware Sample Management:

  • Oversee the tracking of hardware sample requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and coordination with shipping and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain the HW sample request and fulfillment process, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Program Management (PgMP) or Project Management (PMP).
  • Experience in agile methodologies and scrum master and/or Release Train Engineer role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget.
