As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, creating attractive food displays, and representing our brand in a positive and professional manner. You will also be responsible for handling cash and operating the cash register, as well as complying with food handling and hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a can-do attitude, and is an excellent team player. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a safety-first mindset. Experience in a similar catering-related role is not essential, but a desire to succeed in your role is.
