About the Role

Harrison Catering Services is a leading independent catering company in the UK, renowned for serving high-quality, freshly-cooked food to thousands of people in schools and workplaces every day.

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join one of our school catering teams, responsible for preparing food for break and lunch and dinner service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for school meals
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven craft skills and a passion for fresh food. Ideally, you should be qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.
