You'll provide oversight and data-led insight to drive strategic decision-making.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technology teams to maintain a clear and up-to-date view of the Commercial Product element of the Technology portfolio.
- Use your analytical skills and holistic understanding to inform and steer the work we do.
- Measure performance across this area, providing intelligence to support long-term planning processes.
- Develop tailored reporting and updates on the plan, communicating progress to key stakeholders through our governance and steering framework.
- Drive the adoption of standard and consistent tooling.
- Lead an efficient and effective portfolio prioritization process with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Prepare for and facilitate regular portfolio review meetings with our leadership team.
- Track outcomes, forecasts, risks, and issues across our plans to proactively identify and manage any gaps.
- Work collaboratively across other portfolios and teams to ensure a joined-up approach to managing Technology delivery.
- Become a subject matter expert on our tools and processes (Aha, SharePoint).
- Project Management Office (PMO) experience (ideal).
- Project or Programme Management experience (essential).
- Proven experience in writing engaging communication materials.
- Comfortable working with numerical information.
- Experience working in fast-paced project environments.
