About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and teams. You will be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, providing clear guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to define annual budgetary requirements, establishing processes for defining budgets based on internal and external factors. Your budget management skills will be essential in forecasting and managing finances throughout the financial year.

A critical aspect of this role is vendor management, where you will build positive relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders to deliver workplace technologies or professional services. You will also work with the procurement team to best serve the needs of the business.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide coaching and mentoring to peers and other roles, teaching methodologies and programme management tools as required. You will also take a leading role in recruitment, making final decisions and interviewing candidates.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 45% of base salary
  • Car Cash Allowance
  • Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays)
  • Private medical insurance
  • Retirement savings plan - save between 6% - 10% and Tesco will contribute 1.5 times this amount
  • 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years' service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave
