About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our catering operations at Wrexham University. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful and smooth running of all catering outlets within the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Aramark employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve food and labour targets.
  • Manage all aspects of the operation, including financials, to ensure outstanding service levels and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team to success, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regular service level review meetings.
  • Oversee all hospitality for events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
