We're seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of our operations in a major High Street brand. As a key member of our team, you'll maintain high standards of quality work and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a team, fostering a positive environment where team members feel valued and supported.
  2. Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
  3. Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
  4. Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines.
  5. Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
  6. Delegating tasks and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
  7. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  8. Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
  3. Team player with a can-do attitude.
  4. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
