About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a high-quality experience in our fully licensed Cafe Bar.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a food environment, a Food Hygiene certificate, and excellent communication skills. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts, and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience in the Cafe Bar
  • Supervise and motivate the Cafe Bar team to achieve high standards
  • Manage the Cafe Bar operations, including stock control, inventory, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Cafe Bar and increase sales
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
