Job Title: Regional Sales Director - Bathroom Solutions
OverviewMitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our bathroom brassware sales efforts in the South West and South Wales regions. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting our distributed range of bathroom taps, showers, accessories, and fittings to independent bathroom retailers and buying groups.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the region
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, including account management and business development
- Recruit new customers through prospecting and lead generation
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of field sales experience within the KBB industry, with a strong network of contacts within the independent bathroom retail and buying group communities. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
