About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager with strong data analysis skills to join our team at Aptean. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and leveraging data insights to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyse client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Use data insights to support strategic decision-making and client recommendations.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
    • Develop and implement account plans to achieve improvement targets and expand client accounts.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
    • Address any project-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
    • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, QlikSense BI).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
